How does the Wòys Atelier work?
On select pieces — the blazer and scarf — you can upload your own artwork or design, which we print all-over the garment and make to order. Everything else in the shop is a ready-to-wear piece, not customized.
Can I use any image I want?
You must own the rights to any image you upload or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to decline any design that appears to infringe someone else's copyright or trademark.
What are the requirements for a good print?
Keep the main elements of your design toward the center of the piece — anything near the edge risks being cut off during cutting and sewing. We allow up to 5% color variation between your uploaded design and the finished piece, and recommend avoiding neon, matte, or metallic colors, which our printers can't reproduce accurately. Finished garments may also vary by 2–3 cm from standard measurements, and some misalignment at the seams is normal — both are expected with made-to-order, all-over-print construction.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-wear pieces typically ship within 5–10 business days once your order is placed, with a flat shipping cost calculated at checkout. Atelier pieces typically take 3–5 business days to produce before they ship.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached and in original condition. Atelier pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How do I know my size?
Check the size chart on each product page — sizing can vary between styles, so we recommend checking it every time rather than assuming your usual size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to many countries outside the US. Shipping cost and delivery time vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
