CUSTOMIZATION TIPS
- We can't guarantee exact placement. There might be slight discrepancies in print placement. Please keep the main elements of your art towards the center of the design area. Anything near the edge runs the risk of being cut off during the cutting and sewing process.
- We allow the color accuracy deviation of the finished product and the mockup image to be within 5%. Please Avoid uploading neon, matte, and metallic colors as our printers cannot achieve accurate printing representation on these specialty color profiles.
- There may be small differences in the design of clothing products, with a deviation of 2-3 cm measured manually during the production process.
- It is impossible to align the patterns or images at the seams perfectly.
- Please make sure your design covers the entire print area.
Care
Each piece is made to be worn often and cared for simply. Follow the specific care instructions listed with each item, and where possible, favor gentle washing or dry cleaning over harsh treatment to preserve color and shape. Store folded or on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight.
